This 10-week squat program can be done by novice, intermediate and advanced level lifters
You should have at least 8 months of experience lifting and have done a beginner program in the past. This program is not for pure beginners.
This program is for people who don't have the opportunity to train more than twice per week. This program takes up less time compared to the other squat program but since it's twice per week each session will have a lot of volume. The first week weights are easy to get accustomed to this.
