Have a long vacation? Do you have a lot of free time to train? Then why not try training twice a day!
Over the years many people have asked me how I train twice a day and how I schedule things. I made this program as a good introduction into training twice per day, it is difficult, however it is doable and not extreme like some of the programs the top weightlifters are following.
The primary benefit of training twice per day is technique development. Since you will be getting so much exposure to the Olympic lifts, they'll begin to feel more natural and there's loads of opportunity to work on technique.
If you have a lot of free time then I definitely recommend you give this a go.
How much experience do I need?
This is designed for intermediate to advanced level weightlifters. This means weightlifters who can perform the snatch and clean and jerk consistently without big technical errors (typically 1+ year of experience).
How this works:
Once you purchase, you will be able to download the 10-week program which includes an excel file/google sheet and a video explaining the program and how to follow it.
