This program is intended for:

Plenty of people are interested in building muscle, but find the training side of it to be boring. With this program it's possible to improve your strength levels in the back squat, bench and deadlift while gaining muscle mass.
There's compound lifts like Romanian Deadlifts and isolation exercises like Hammer Curls. The only equipment required is a barbell, weights, squat rack, bench and dumbbells. No machines required.
How much experience do I need before starting this program?
Not a lot of experience is required to follow this program, however I wouldn't recommend pure beginners follow this program. At least 8 months of experience is required.
