Over the past couple of years of my lifting career, I've witnessed many people, including myself, make several mistakes when learning the lifts.


There are a lot of factors that contribute to bad technique, mobility being one of the biggest issues. Unfortunately, the way people approach mobility can be one of the biggest mistakes or simply time wasters. People spend a significant amount of time on mobility exercises, but they often do so in a way that is not effective.


The goal of this e-book is to simply improve your mobility for the Olympic lifts and power lifts. To allow you to practice these lifts effectively. This may seem like an obvious goal of a mobility guide, but this isn’t a guide on how to be flexible in general. This isn’t a guide about injury prevention or the general health benefits of mobility work.


The goal of this E-book is to get you to the point where you can practice the snatch and clean and jerk, ATG back squat and front squat effectively. The mobility exercises that are essential, nothing else.
