If you're struggling with technique or need a personalised program, then I'm here to help. This coaching plan is 1-on-1 meaning you can contact me directly and ask for advice. We will work together to improve technique, and the programming can change depending on how you respond.


Unlike other coaching plans, this includes voice calls where I can give you advice on technique and answer your questions. There will be two 15-20 minute calls allowed per month. They will be organized beforehand.


How this works:


Once purchased, you will receive a questionnaire and be asked to send some recent videos of your technique. Once submitted, we will establish contact and begin the following Monday.
