Who is this program for? 


If your strength is lagging behind your Olympic lifts then this program is for you. 

The goal of this program is to improve your strength levels, particularly your squat, pulling and pressing numbers while maintaining your snatch and clean and jerk.


The goal is not to improve your Olympic lifts. The volume of Olympic lifts is very low. This program has the bare minimum amount of Olympic lifts, however the frequency is still high which is key to maintaining technique.


You will not improve your snatch and clean and jerk on this program, you will however increase your potential to lift more because of the increased strength levels.


At the end of this program you should have maintained your snatch and clean and jerk numbers and increased your back squat, front squat, strict press, push press and pulling numbers. 

This program is only for weightlifters who can perform the snatch and clean and jerk consistently without big technical errors (typically 1+ years of experience).


Complete 15 Week Weightlifting Program

This 15-week program is designed for intermediate to advanced level weightlifters.


This means weightlifters who can perform the snatch and clean and jerk consistently without big technical errors (typically 1+ years of experience).


What is the focus of this program:


The primary focus of the first part of the program is on hypertrophy and strength. The program allows a lot of practice with different exercises to improve your weightlifting technique. During this program, there’s plenty of opportunity for maxing. The focus of the last part is on peaking for a 1RM on both the Olympic lifts.


Who is the program for?


This program is not intended for pure beginners. To follow this program, your technique should be consistent in the Olympic lifts. If you are struggling with big technical errors and mobility I would not recommend this program. This program is mainly intended for intermediate level lifters and advanced lifters.
